Biographical Details
As Deputy Head Teacher, has been key in implementing wide-ranging changes across schools. Significant experience of successful bid writing and major project management.

A keynote speaker at several conferences on a wide ranging number of issues. Leader of two successful Enterprise Pathfinder projects. Has successfully managed the organisation of large-scale educational events throughout East Anglia and London. Has run her own businesses.

Extensive local and national network of contacts at highest levels in government and business.

Emma Hibbert

Emma Hibbert - director

Emma Hibbert joined Adnams in 2002 having previously worked in the public sector. Since joining Adnams she has enjoyed a varied role managing corporate communications, public relations and community projects such the responsible drinking campaign, the entrepreneurial spirit programme with Kirkley High school, employee volunteering and several environmental initiatives.

Emma is also a trustee of the Adnams Charitable Trust and a member of Suffolk’s AONB Sustainable Development Fund’s grant panel.

Karen Knights

Karen Knights - director

Administration/policies and procedures; health and safety, equal opportunities; risk assessment.

Biographical Details
Owns and operates own administration business with nine employees. Manages a portfolio of rental property. Has co-ordinated Caring for Education projects for two years. Qualifications in payroll and accountancy.

Has extensive network of contacts in the local and regional business community centred on her own business premises in centre of Lowestoft's business district. Studying for degree level qualification in Computing and Information Technology.

Mike Pinner - director

Director with responsibility for Consultants and training.

Biographical Details
Formerly head teacher of a high-performing Specialist School in an area of economic deprivation. Has occupied a full range of middle and senior management positions in secondary education.

Now works as an independent consultant, particularly with head teachers of schools in difficult circumstances. Only prepared to work on 'making things happen' rather than passing judgment!

Involved in the development of leadership strategy, flexible curriculum for 14-19 year-olds and whole school teaching and learning policy with a range of schools and providers.

James Reeder - company secretary

Finances/project management. liaison with Enterprise Advisers on a day-to-day basis in order to offer support and aid communication with the board.

Biographical Details
Responsible for finance and project coordination. Former Merchant Navy Officer and Chief Executive of a retail group of companies. Accountancy background. Past Chairman of school governing body.

Asked by LEA to assist local school out of special measures. Experienced in logistics, and setting up and running exhibitions and special events. Specialist in Project Management and Business Solutions. Runs his own business. As Chairman of Caring for Education, integrated this organisation into Enterprise Lowestoft.
